Itinerary

If you're in Pokhara, our team members will pick you up from your location 3km around Lakeside, and we'll start the drive to Nayapool, begins the drive takes around 1 hour 34km.

Nayapool is where the trekking journey is, Upon reaching Nayapul, we'll check permits and commence the trek to Tikhedhunga. Trek passes through different villages like Ramghai, Sudame, and Dangsing, with views of cultivated lands, rivers, streams, waterfalls, and agricultural terrace fields along the river.

Finally, we'll reach Tikhedhunga after walking for 4.5 hours, where you can enjoy the soothing sounds of the river, enjoy delicious meals and you will overnight stay at Local Lodge

Embark on an invigorating trek early in the morning, surrounded by the freshness of the air and the soothing sounds of water.
Following a delightful breakfast, the trail leads through the challenging Ulleri stone staircase, involving a climb of 3500 stone steps and an elevation gain of 500m.
Beyond Ulleri, the path alternates between flat stretches and small steps, weaving through alpine jungles. Along the journey, you'll encounter cultivated agricultural lands and picturesque villages like Ulleri, Banthanti, and Nagngethanti.
The trek continues through the shadowy canopy of alpine vegetation, including Rhododendrons, pines, oaks, poplars, walnuts, and larch.
Covering a distance of 10.5 km, this demanding trek to Ghorepani takes approximately 5 to 6 hours due to the challenging terrain.
Upon reaching Ghorepani, you'll find yourself immersed in the enchanting surroundings of a rhododendron forest.

Today promises to be a captivating and extensive experience. Begin your day by waking up early to marvel at the magical sunrise and the majestic peaks of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, and the Dhaulagiri range.
The journey from Ghorepani to Poon Hill involves a one-hour hike through the enchanting Rhododendron jungle, guided by the soft morning light. Ascend to Poon Hill, situated 1.6km away, and at an elevation gain of 360m, you'll be rewarded with a panoramic view of the Himalayan range, featuring numerous peaks Annapurna 8,091m, Dhaulagiri 8,127, Annapurna South 7,219 Meter, Machapuchare 6,993 Meter, Hinchuli, Annapurna III, Dhampus peak, Dhaulagiri II, Nilgiri and many more. After soaking in the breathtaking vistas, return to the hotel for a delicious breakfast.
Post breakfast and packing, embark on the trek to Tadapani. Traverse through high mountain jungles adorned with Rhododendron flowers and pine trees. Along the way, you'll pass through Deurali View Point Pass, View Point, and Banthati, navigating the undulating terrain in the lap of the mountains.
The trek covers a distance of 9.8 km and takes approximately 5 to 6 hours. Upon reaching Tadapani, revel in close-up views of Annapurna South, Machhapurchre, Hiuchuli, and several other peaks. Enjoy an overnight stay at Tadapani

Start your day by waking up early to witness the magical sunrise and the towering peaks of Fishtail and Annapurna South Annapurna II. After breakfast in Tadapani, embark on a downhill journey towards Ghandruk, crossing the enchanting Rhododendron flower forest.
The 8km trek takes approximately 4 to 5 hours, concluding at Swyauli Bazar, where lunch will be served. Explore Ghandruk, a Gurung village renowned for its association with the British Gurkhas, and visit the cultural museum to immerse yourself in the local heritage.
Afterward, descend to Shyaulibazar through cultivated agricultural fields with views of crops such as rice, millet, and beans. Finally, board vehicles for a 2-hour drive to Pokhara.

FAQs

Eligibility

The minimum age limit is 13 years. However, minors between 13 to 17 years of age should be accompanied by their parents/ guardians. If you are above the age of 60, kindly carry a medical certificate from your doctor that deems you fit for adventure activities like trekking.

CONNECTIVITY

Kathmandu, Nepal’s capital, is a vibrant, noisy city. Packed full of history, palaces and temples, it is also within touching distance of Nepal’s premier attraction: the Himalayas. Kathmandu is home to places like Durbar Square (with temples dating back to the 12th century), Boudhanath Stupa (a world heritage site), and Pashupatinath Temple (the country’s most important Hindu temple, on the banks of the Bagmati river). Another must-see attraction is the Royal Palace, the site of the infamous 2001 massacre of the Royal Family by the then Crown Prince, which is now converted into the Narayanhiti Palace Museum.

Pokhara is another popular tourist destination in Nepal that is known for its stunning natural beauty, scenic lakes, and panoramic views of the Himalayan mountains. You can visit Phewa Lake, the second-largest lake in Nepal. You can take a boat ride on the lake or simply relax by the lakeside. Visit Bindhyabasini Temple, a Hindu temple dedicated to Goddess Bhagwati and is a popular destination for pilgrims. Davis Fall, World Peace Pagoda, Sarangkot, and Mahendra Cave are other must-see attractions in Pokhara.

EQUIPMENT AND GEAR

Safety equipment used for rescue such as static rescue rope, seat harness, carabiners, pulleys is carried by our trek leaders. Gaiters, microspikes and sleeping bags (wherever necessary) are not included and thus have to rented from Kathmandu by you.
